Rev. Jerry Jackson
Rev. Jerry Jackson was raised in East Texas where he was born in April 1969. He attended Eaves Tabernacle Baptist Church as a child and through out his growing up years. Jerry was born again as a believer of Christ Jesus at the age of 13, and at the tender age of 17 felt the call of ministry on his life. Though at the time of hearing the call Jerry felt unsure of what this meant and what it required of him. Jerry enlisted in the United States Army in 1988 at the age of 19 and served in Desert Storm as a combat engineer and field medic. He is highly decorated and received an honorable discharge in 1996, 88-92 active duty and 92-96 inactive duty.
During Jerry’s inactive duty he met, fell in love with and married Shelly, the love of his life. They have been married for nearly 15 years and have three beautiful children: Brittany 13, Josiah 2 and Jonah, born May 2006.
Jerry finally answered the call on his life to preach and teach the Word of God on June 25th 2003. He is currently a member of Harvest Church in Watuaga Texas where he was licensed. Jerry preaches and speaks at many churches and raises awareness of the Ugandan mission.
Jerry was given the opportunity in 2005 to attend a mission trip to Uganda. While there, God showed him the great need for children’s and women’s ministries, so this time he immediately obeyed, came home and started a team of people who had the same call on their heart to begin a VBS and women’s program in Uganda. He along with his wife, Shelly, founded Life Support Ministries in 2006.
Jerry plans on finishing his degree in Pastoral Ministries/Missions at Southwestern Baptist Seminary in Ft Worth Texas.

Rev. Martin L. Dorsey
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I give God all the praise for the blessings He has given me. God has blessed our church to grow spiritually, physically and financially.
The True Believers of Christ Community Church ("TBOC") organized in August of 1999. God has continuously shown us favor. He has grown our church from 5 to 350 members. Praise God!
On May 30, 2005, I had an experience of a lifetime. My visit to Kampala, Uganda along with several other team members was exhilarating. We spent two weeks preaching, teaching, and developing God's people. Our goal was to launch a new church in Kitemu and God blessed that endeavor.
TBOC-Kitemu Uganda will celebrate one year of kingdom building in August 2006 as we anxiously await the commemoration celebration.

Rev. Tim Parker
I was born February 3rd, 1954 and born again October 1974. I surrendered my life to preach the gospel soon afterward. I graduated high school from Pittsburg High School in Pittsburg Texas in 1972 and from Jacksonville Baptist College in 1974. I was ordained in 1975 when I accepted my first pastoral position in a small country church. I married my high school sweetheart and the love of my life Dec27th 1974. We have three grown children who are all married and four beautiful granddaughters. I am currently pastor of New Mine Baptist Church in Pittsburg, Texas where I have served as pastor since July 1982. Missions have always been on my heart and I had my first opportunity to go to Uganda in August 2006. It is now my joy and privilege to serve our Master on the board of Life Support Ministries. Pray for us as we seek to see His plan clearly and obey Him in faith to advance The Kingdom.
